What does a woman scientist mean?

There are a few times in my life, I asked myself why I choose scientific research as my career. Exactly, from the beginning, it is mostly for fun. Now after several years going through, I took it as a career, what I shall go for during rest of my life.
Ask any successful female scientist what it takes to succeed and they will no doubt say that you need to be single-minded about pushing your career forwards. "Even if you're not successful, then at least it has flagged to people around you that you're taking your career seriously." Yes, that's the basis of my thinking. Many people are not doing interesting science. Most people are doing "me too" science! Or "fund me please I'll do whatever is in style!" science! That's a common picture in the science field. We might forget what science is for. It came from the truth people seek after, most importantly, it should guide us live better and more healthy.
Of course, science is a very competitive career, and I tend to have to work long hours, which also make it possible to organize my time more effeciently. During this period of time, I've been lucky that I have an incredibly supportive department and a supportive partner, which means so much for me.
Working in science is a fantastic career, which has the same meaning for a man or a woman. If you enjoy it, it is something that you should definitely go for.

Today is a special day. In our life time, dad is always a kind man who encourages us all the time. He won't display too much, but even one expression of his eyes will give us strength to go further. Thanks to him!

Do you have any idea to change your life? As a matter of fact, I'd better to live a constant life from the beginning. Familiar people, familiar environment,... It make me feel safe and comfortable. 

But change just happened, even you have not prepared yet. 

Finally, you may find, it is not bad, you may see yourself transforming in such a condition, and adjust to do much better. So it is a surprise, the surprise you even cannot look into. Exactly, it is amazing, you feel so well when looking back. You are growing up...
